I don't know if your installer is "my mate round the corner". But he has thinking of not accepting any more v3s. The laser is the problem. You put it in right (it boots import originals) but as soon as backups are booted it won't work. This entails massive re-calibration and re-alignment work and even one laser has had to be replaced. Customers won't like that and may lead to dispute.
