i downloaded a rip kit off megagames for GT3(PAL), (and translated it from German) and it tells me to run prjRebuildVol.exe, which is all good and is there, but when i run it, it says

'COMDLG32.OCX or one of its dependicies not currently registered: a file is missing or invalid'

i have no idea what this means......

any help what so ever is greatly appretiated....
