i've done it using my old 4Mb ATI all-in-wonder pro.

all you need is a card that supports Video-In and a lot of hard disc space.

if you need a new graphics card as well then i'll advice you to get the 64Mb ATI all-in-wonder. this card supports VIDEO-IN, has a TV card and many more usefull features. the downside is that ati have a bad rep in making newer driver updates.
