I sent them to
[email protected]. One example was I sent in a no-cd to the game X-Com: Enforcer after someone in the forum here requested it, and it was never posted. I re-sent the same file and it was never posted. The same thing happened once before when I sent in a no-cd for another game (can't remember which) and it was never posted. I have had a few files go up, though, so I know the email address is right and I'm not being completely snubbed. ;-)
