these patches "verify" your flashpoint files. if it finds wrong filesizes/crc's or what ever shouldnt be... then it will refuse to patch...
cuz u have a warez-version u can be pretty sure that a bunch of files are different from a ver 1.00 install from a original cd
try to find someone with a original flashlpoint cd and re-install the game, then you will be able to patch it
