I believe you allready have the official upgrades 1.20 & 1.30 (you don't need 1.10 or 1.11 to upgrade).
First you have to download these at GCW: "OPF v1.20 & v1.30 Beta [US/EU] No-CD", those will remove the SafeDisc protection from the upgrades. Now, download this: "OPF v1.30 [US/EU] Fixed EXE #2" and play the game
