1. Install the game - choose
Custom Setup and tick
everything to install
2. Replace the original "NHL2002.exe" by a fixed .exe from eg. Siedler or use
unSafedisc 2.40.10
3. Open
Regedit
4. Open tree
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA SPORTS\NHL 2002
5. Look for dark-red "ab" with
CD-Drive next to it
6. Double-click on it
7. In field "Value" type in
the complete path to your NHL 2002 directory where you installed the game
8. Close Regedit, changes are saved automatically
That's it!
This way it works for me, and for another person here on this board (look older posts).
