u ran "regsetup" and/or importet things from a .reg-file ?
another try:
run regedit
open tree HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA SPORTS\NHL 2002
there u will find the keys CD DRIVE & Installed from
change these values to your nhl2002-folder
