The Messiah chip definitely did exist but whether you will be able to buy one in the future all depends on the outcome of Channel Technologys court case with Sony yesterday hopefully if CT win then the Messiah chip will be readily available soon and as far as I'm aware CT will supply and fit the chip for you. As for the clones (Elvis etc) I believe Gazza from CT was right when he issued the warning on his web site because as far as I'm aware nobody has successfully installed one yet.Correct me if I'm wrong.
