Check out GameCopyWorld above for No-CD files etc. i.e. install from the cd, the replace the game.exe file so you can run the game without the cd.
But if you want to make a copy.....
It isn't protected, just over-sized. So use a 700Mb cdr and tick nothing in read and write options. Your cd should work regardless as long as your burner can overburn to 700Mb/80mins
