I can't be 100% certain since I don't have a Plex, but I think I read that it will correctly write SD2 but can be read in your recorder only.
WAIT... that was true, BUT! now the version of SD2 thats on there (and like the one in the 1.01 update of Max Payne) has an ATIP check so it will not play in any cd recorder. So I guess to answer your Plex question about this particular game is no.
