It seems your writer is unable to do perfect SafeDisc2 backup, thatīs why you get the error ...
go get the Daemon from http://www.daemon-tools.com ... read the instructions about the fast dump feature, create an image using fast dump, write the image to cd-r and play with enabled SafeDisc emultaion ...
