I had the same problem with sim###n road rage using a dvd rip on mine,
(PS2 3003 pal / NEO4) i added a EA patch but still the same, it works fine on DVD-R
i know that this isnt much advice but i think the patch/neo is the problem.
DISCLAIMER: Any advice I give is based on my own experiences/actions and me be regarded
as bullshit by others, but i try at least.. :-)
