There is
no 1.11 Patch for Flashpoint !
The previously released "Ultimate-Upgrade" contains new Cars, Weapons, Missions and the 1.10 patch. The patch calls itself 1.11 buts actually its only the 1.10 patch
About the weapons accuracy:

Some people complaing about low (or virtually no) accuracy of machine guns and some other weapons. We can confirm this is one of aspects of FADE technology and it's caused by using counterfeit versions of the game. Solution to it is to use original version of the game as installed from CD and patches from official web sites. If you have legal version and you try to apply crack to remove CD protection, it will happen as well. The only solution is to use the original games without any modifications.
