so, your pc-speaker makes a kind of "siren" ? this is usually a warning of overheating. if your processor or mainboard gets too hot the bios will often report that in some kind and very often by using the pc speaker.
but is that problem only when you want to play SC?
Anyway, i would suggest that you look for a bios-upgrade for your mainboard.
