Allthough I would prefer you to browse this site to find your answer:
Change to your installdir
Rename the original exe (let's say it is aoe2.exe to aoe2.orgexe; for further patching only)
Doubleclick on the zip archive
Enter your installdir at the "extract to window"
That's it !
