NTSC patching problem
I have a NTSC TV so I needed to patch Pal game in order to see it all right on my TV. However after I patched the game, I found that the actual game screen is bigger than the TV screen so I couldn't see part of the game screen.

Does anyone else has the same problem and what are the solutions to it(beside a converter)?
