Just download the patch for your version and unzip it. Follow the instructions in the readme or .nfo-file.
If all links are broken and I hope that is what you meant, try getting unsafedisc1.5.5 as fifa200 is safedisc protected. You can remove the protection with it.
Follow the instructions of the prog. and you'll get your patch.
