- added input scanning mode (drag input onto xtool)

- added precompression configuration of zlib, lz4, zstd and oodle streams using -cfg[codec]...
- added patch all -pa parameter to bypass stream patching requirement/conditions
- corrected clock time when fast-lzma2 is used
- changed how multiple libraries are loaded, use -oodle# as many times as you want to load more
- lz4 and zstd can also load multiple libraries using -lz4 -zstd respectively
- fixed an issue where ui would hang in taskbar after closing
- fixed an issue where ini plugins would ignore which codecs were selected
- fixed issues with reassign stream feature
- minor optimizations
- reworked how stats are being printed to avoid cmd issues on windows 11
- newest oodle library found is loaded first

- removed packjpg and jojpeg

Notes

A lot has changed (added, removed, fixed and otherwise) and that would take a while to write and long so I'll just say, thanks to KaktoR for helping out with this update.
