This is for AC6Recomp version. You need to have AC6Recomp.exe and XBOX360 datafiles. I requested this for that.
And instead of complaining which you do plenty of these days, you could google "Ace Combat 6 PC" or something like that and you'd learn of the recomp (recomps which are native PC ports using original console files are plentiful these days, I requested one already, it being Silent Hill Downpour).
