Probably he is using fitgirl repack as source and not installed not needed languages and bonus videos.
Edit: try with the quantic dream bms script or some other tools for the game to see what is actually inside the game files. Probably you can see then what file contains which language.

I tried installing the fitgirl one too without unnecessary languages but after installing it became 58gb as the original even though repack size was 22 gb without those things.
I don't have much idea about bms scripts can you share a guide or something that might work with this game. If I am not wrong each bigfiles contain a part of language and other things as I have seen those during installing the fitgirl repack.
