Hello, here my method, maybe perfectible, but it works...
I take from the game an rename it to oo2core_9_win64_3.dll and save it to diskspangui "Oodle_Libs.7z"
(I try several version, 2.9.10 2.9.12 works but give a huge CPU work, And makes uncompress more than two hours.)
(files inside the game directory seems to be the more efficient)
Language:
You may need to separate language package

I have added a plugins for BF6 in dikspangui, it's by default for english.
Final build will be around 36Gb with one language.
Don't forget to edit language data , it may not the same as your's
