Question Old Geezer here

Hey everyone. I sure hope someone can help me out. I am nearly 70 these days. I'd like to play some of the old games I enjoyed so much back in the day. Unfortunately, I've developed health issues that really impact my ability to do so. I am diabetic which causes nephropathy. This condition often causes weakness, numbness and pain, usually in the hands and feet. I also have a nasty arthritis. I am SO tired of movies and TV. I used to love Quake, Half Life, Duke Nukem, and other games. Then I discovered GP Legends, NFS, and bought me a wheel and pedals, chair, etc. But now I can't drive on my PC nor my real car. I got to thinking, some of my fav Telltale games might be easier to deal with. Well, a bit but I am getting stuck here and there. I was also thinking I either need to slow my system down or maybe just edit the game save files somehow to skip over various spots. Right now I am in TWD definitive edition ep 1 and I can't get out of the train station. I can't move fast enough to pick up the wrench propping the door. I even used a key remapper to help me out. Nope. hands still suck. Things are SO different than in my gaming heyday.

If anyone has any ideas please please let me hear them. I apologize if I am out of bounds but I am simply out of ideas myself.

Thanks for reading my missive.
