This game is using oodle hydra. I don't know if it's worth to use at all. I received just a sample to look into it and I don't want to test it out on the whole game.

This is without any xtool plugin.
However some modifications have to be made to DSG to use this method (again), and you need the oodle library from the game folder it seems (v2.9.12).
The PCK files contain WEM vorbis files. You can extract them with wwise.bms script + quickbms and then use wemtool. I didn't checked them all but should work so save some more space.
Edit: If you want to try it out, use attachment. If DSG ask to replace DSG_Methods.ini with default, say "No".
