Could someone create a quickbms script or a tool that decrypts and decompresses and encrypts and compresses back the .dta files from Mafia 1. There are many compressible files within these .dta that achieve great ratios when they are in the decompressed and decrypted state, I know this because there is a tool called Mafia Data Xtractor that can decrypt/decompress these .dta files but it does not support repackaging.
