Well, I extracted the executable from the .rar. (Btw thanks guys!)

I followed those instructions, and still have not been able to execute this game. The file size of the .exe is about 2mB larger than the original. Does the game check for the file size on the disk when starting? I just get a message to insert the correct CD. Is there any settings that I could have screwed up when burning the CD? I used Nero, set up as a non multi-session disk.

Any other way around this, perhaps a no-cd crack?

Thanks

The instructions I have found on the gamefix site are:

Pandora's Box v1.0 (ENGLISH) Fixed Executable [1.0 MB]
Create the following temporary directory:
TempDir : C:\TEMP\CD
Copy the full contents of the original CD to TempDir.
Replace the PANDORA.EXE file with the one from the archive.
Burn the contents of TempDir to a CD-R and use the same CD-Label as the original CD.
Play the game!

It asks me to replace the .EXE file with the one from the archive. The only file there has an extension of .rar? Do I rename the .rar to a .exe, or am I working with incorrect information here?

Thanks!!!!
