I don't have the game nor any game file samples, but did a quick check on
steamdb and found a "oo2core_9_win64.dll" file, so I assume this game use oodle compression. Check with oo2rec precompressor (select "k9", "m9" or "s9") and take a sample file from the game and see if the output will get bigger then the input.
