I still need to learn this.
Abhi tak try nahi kiya, abhi seekh raha hu.
But I know a easy way of doing this.
Use
ISXPM to create patch. It will also create Installer of the patch. After creating patch you'll have two files, patch.exe and patch.bin.
Include patch.exe these in resist section. Patch.exe and patch.bin must be in same folder
