Gehrman: Not MSC compression switches error from decompression. Its probably OS or and file missing anomaly from decompress the files via Win10 only. (The Win10 PC not my machine.) Its probably testing next days in few compression and decompressions, via any various options, the Win10 machine. (Arc/unarc.exe unpack, unpack with FA.SFX and UA.SFX files, aka created SFX-archives. INNO/NSIS extract test in future times, before to fixing errors.)
The file: "audio_testfile[tak].bin" (and 653630kB full archive) compressed via raw=1 and tak=9 switches.
Unpack the "audio_testfile[tak].bin" via CMD-mode, don't work from XP/Win7. Found CLS-MSC.dll (342 016 byte) file these FULL MSC 0.0.6.4 pack and execute the commands its works, used "unarc.exe" or "Arc.exe" without "arc.ini" and "cls.ini" files! The "FA.sfx" modules based GUI unpackers its works. (except Win10! How find to fix in next days.) "UA.sfx" with use preconfigured "records.ini" files its works. (Not tested via Win7/10, its XP only.)
How to use UA.sfx with automatic extraction? (Size: 3 686 814 byte)
These any test is running in few hours the use: raw=2 and frog=9 switches from compression comparisons than 'tak'-ed versions.
And MSC.exe file the compressor released any various versions.

Dont work from decompressions. Checks first rows the post.
Fix (tested XP only): Get these package:
msc0.064.7z and get these files: "CLS-MSC.dll" and "unarc.exe" file.
Note: SREP-ed precompressed version required "srep.exe" file from decompression.
MSC 'masked' compressed archive unpack sets: unpack.cmd/bat, MSC-CLS.dll, unarc.exe, archive.arc (SREP-ed versions + srep.exe) Don't need any files.
Win7/10 test in future times.
