Start with the specifications:
HM900 and
HV320.
I would say that, for home, where you have a power outlet and you don't want to move the hard disk, the HM900 would be a better choice as it's available in bigger capacities; for travel, obviously the HV320 as it's small and doesn't require a power outler. If I had to choose between these two, I would buy the HV320, for its size and mobility.
(These are quite different products but, in general, confusing the customer with dozens of
slightly different products is intentional.)
