I don't know if this is the reason, but this could be due to using incompatible versions of Data#.bin.001 and Setup.exe.
@Prettyboy099, the "Setup.exe" must be compiled with the latest (Fixed) CIU source code and the "UltraArc/DiskSpan" that accompanies the latest source code must be used to compress the "Data1.bin.001" file.
@Danziel123, I don't know if this will fix it, but you can test it by replacing the attached files in the conversion folder and compressing your Data1.bin.001 file again.
