Oh man,

It looks like Voodoo 3 shit! I hope that's not it though... Have you installed DirectX 8 yet? Do you think this might cause the problem? Which Voodoo 3 drivers have you installed? I have the latest ones which support DX8. Should we try reinstalling an earlier version of Voodoo drivers?
