Well... people here can say only about possibility..
Here they are--
1.Elamigos might have used custom tools (other than the tools that can be found here, fitgirl has some as my acknowledgment)
2.Sometimes using only srep+lolz (or lzma or known any finishing tool) gives you much faster decompression time wise (compression wise not always peaks out better result), ... comparing when you use Any precompressor combining with srep and finishing tool (precom like xtool, pzlibv3, reflate etc)
3.He might have set both memory any cpu usage to 100 percentage or max, (when your installing monitor the installer about how much resource usage it does)
And frankly do you install on ssd? Or just a regular hard drive guy
