What i wrote before : XCom2 - WOTC ,*.upk+*.tfc. Preprocessed and repacked using RZ.

RZ 1023m single thread : 95.4 GB/12.7 GB
RZ PMT 4 threads/128m : 95.4 GB/26.5 GB

IMHO its because dedup/chunking.
