Thanks for the report. I looked at the file and indeed it had a problem caused due to automation. Anyway, I have fixed it but haven't checked with the game yet. New link added.
Recreate pakchunk0-WindowsNoEditor_1_P.pak, pakchunk4-WindowsNoEditor.pak and pakchunk7-WindowsNoEditor.pak with this new version.
BTW these PAK files create very long paths and names for the files. So make sure you are in a very short directory to make these decrypted PAKs like C:\PAK
