Make sure there are no values in the key Left= and key Top=, in the section [SmallBrowseButton].
If so, put // at the beginning of the line to disable.
If not, you can send me a PM and send me your "Setup" folder with the image files as well as the "Setup.ini", "Setup.ico" files. Also tell me which version of the CIU source code you are using.
