I have removed the DLC. befe o finish the game.
Run game as administrator and update the vga drivers and install vc 2017 on game folder which is new version.
I don't think that DLC is the problem... Something else.

very possible only happens when i remove it stops when i put it back
all my drivers and runtimes are fully up to date
