The only thing i can tell you is that the difference between SSD and HDD should be around 25% for srep and the difference on SSD using 64bit or 32bit srep are something like 30% on speed (maybe because ssd is already fast enough). Thats on my case but you cant go exact with this things. CPU cores, ghz, etc... all matters. Even HDDs can have different speeds (rpm, if its a raid build or not,etc...).
