For real chars i think X-Files The Game, cant be more realistic because it was actually a interactive movie game
. It was also a good game (at least for me in my childhood).
I think latest Tomb Raiders are pretty good in visuals and characters.
Another one that is very realistic for pc is Quantum Break, i really enjoyed that game.
