Here's the second release of odet. I improved detection slightly, I'm not sure.
This time I have added a scanner into an unfinished version of xtool, it only encodes and doesn't decode just as yet however this test release gives you a result to expect when the version is finished. Do try it out on other games that use oodle. WWE 2K19 could be a start, I hear it uses oodle and it has kraken streams.
Remember to copy the oodle library from game and paste it near executable before making test runs.
