This working fine but had to edit the UtraARC file as had a full stop on output line which deleted as wasn't able select the output directory for files. But all working fine when did that just in case anybody think not works  
Deleted files as suggested and still just as good
@pakrat2k2 I deleted all these said files you posted and still have 302mb overflow which thought would have gone, but stuck with just that file to get rid of as now down to just over 17.8gb instead of 18.5gb ??

threshold is also important. I've set it to 30 and deleted that file and the result was 4 DVDs with srep+lzma
