Yes.. Open InstallerScript.iss and LangScript.iss and find for in two scripts:
[Setup]
After
[Setup] in scripts press enter key an past "
DisableWelcomePage=no" without quotes..
Recompile InstallerScript.iss and LangScript.iss.
