Utils that try and do this for CDs barely work!

I try and avoid the problem; initially with an NTSC to PAL signal convertor and now with a multi-system TV. If you have an NTSC TV you have a potential problem in that thh PAL to NTSC convertor costs some $250. But at the moment I don't see many other options.
