Depends on your configuration. If you've got one of those USB mods, then you're in for quite a haul sorting out all the patches, cdmage-ing etc.

if it's NEO2.2 or better, then just copy the original with CloneCD (needs fully compatible burner), no patching needed. if it's a download - well, not much you can do.
