If your really that keen i can start you off with several websites and you can go on from there. As you've read most commercial DVD movies are pressed on 9+Gb disks which if you do the maths is approx twice a DVD-R, coupled with that does your stand alone DVD player play DVD-R/RW disks, if your just going to watch them on your PC i would suggest just buy a very large hard drive! Joke! Anyway where to start;

hxxp://xxx.dvdripguides.com/dvdrip2a.html
hxxp://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/derrow/index.html
xxx.vcdhelp.com

read these first and you'll quickly get an idea of what you up against, if your lucky the DVD movie without all the extra's may come in under 4.7Gb which is great as you can just burn this back to disk, if however you really like these extras then i would suggest you stick with the original!!

Good luck, patience and i hope you've got lots of hard drive space!!
