usage:
xbcompress [options] srcfile ... destfile
/X:target IP address or name of target console
/R Recursive processing
/S Search in subdirectories
/H Include hidden files
/Q Suppress file list output
/Y Don't prompt to overwrite
/C Display the duration of the actual file compression time
/D Overwrite files only if newer
/E Don't copy empty directories
/T Create destination directory if it does not exist
/F Force overwrite of read-only files
/M Compress files to a target xbox only if it has been secured
/Z:ssize Compress transparent using segments of given size (in KB)
/N:bsize Compress native using blocks of given size (in KB)
/W:wsize Window size to use for the compression (in KB)
/P
size Partition size to use for the compression (in KB)
/L:fthresh Transparent file compression threshold (0 - 100)
/K:sthresh Transparent segment compression threshold (0 - 100)

Specify Xbox files as xE:\..., xD:\..., etc.
blackbox converting files with this then injection files in to *.dat file.thats all
