I never have used that program myself, but here some info you may or may not know.

For details on making the GCW backup crack workable.
The files are not bigger than a 650mg cd but the originals say it is. You only find this out if you copy the contents of the CD to your HD.
You could use a 700mg CD if you still want a 1:1 copy, as far as I know.
