at 26,000+ files it will take a fair amount of ram for decompression & time. ALL dependant on your PC hardware, especially ram.
Knew it's just your system, installed & uninstalled without issue on my system with this latest update
Feature update to Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1703 thats
your biggest issue if not installed. Without that latest update there is issues with just Win 10 E, as it doesnt install correctly.
