Found this online when I wanted to grab a song from some games of EA.
It converts SPS audio to MP3 or WAV.

Tested on:
NFS Hot Pursuit 2010
NFS Most Wanted 2012

MP3 to SPS? I don't know I only wanted songs from the game, didn't check if that is possible.
