Hello, can you tell me why UltraARC says "Cannot start process"? Should I configure something apart "Source" ?

EDIT:

OK, it works if I enter "Output" even if I thought that it would use the default folder directly.

Could you suggest me a good configuration? Or should I just press "Start"?
